Exchange & Return

At Jamdani O Amader Golpo, customer satisfaction is our priority. We have designed an exchange and return policy that ensures a smooth experience for our valued customers.

Conditions for Exchange & Return:

  • No Refunds: We do not accept refunds.

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free of any defects. Products can be tried on to check the fit but should remain unworn.

  • The product must be returned with original tags intact.

  • If any of our products fail to meet quality standards due to:

    • Physical damage

    • Major defects

    • Size or fitting issues

    • Incorrect item delivered

    • Product lost during shipment

    • Technical errors such as wrong order placement or payment issues

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 2 days of the purchase date.

Additional Notes:

  • Customers must send a scanned copy or image of the courier invoice used for the return process.

  • Footwear, Bags, Jewelry, and Accessories can only be exchanged if the product is damaged or defective and must be checked in front of the delivery person.

  • After receiving the returned product, Jamdani O Amader Golpo reserves the right to approve or deny the exchange.

  • As per company policy, all refunds for canceled or returned orders will be processed within 4 business days.

  • Products purchased during Sale or Discount offers cannot be exchanged or returned, unless defective or damaged.

  • Upon receiving the shipment, our delivery team will wait for 5-10 minutes for you to inspect the product. If there is an issue, you may contact our support team and return it instantly.

  • Color variations may occur due to professional photography lighting. Please refer to our website for an accurate product view.

  • Discounted products cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • One-time exchange is allowed, subject to product availability.

  • Coupon code discounts are not applicable on discounted products.

  • Cashback offers are not applicable on discounted products.

  • Membership cardholders receive discounts only on regular-priced items. Other promotional campaigns do not apply.
